Believed to have originated with Al Capone’s South Side gang, this refreshing mix of gin, citrus, sugar, and mint was crafted to smooth out the rough taste of bootleg gin during Prohibition.

Joe Rickey

The Rickey is a classic cocktail invented in the early 1900s, consisting of a spirit, lime juice, and soda. Over 100 years later, it was reinvented using Tequila and renamed Ranch Water, quickly gaining popularity.
